ThriveLib25 Speaker Line Up
We’re excited to announce the final lineup of speakers and session topics for ThriveLib: Reclaiming Joy, Balance, and Boundaries in Libraries, taking place virtually August 12–14, 2025. This year’s program brings together a powerful range of topics focused on building healthier, more sustainable library workplaces. From trust, communication, and boundary-setting to disability justice, fat liberation, and middle management, the sessions are grounded in real-world experiences and offer strategies for change at both personal and organizational levels. You'll find conversations about burnout, inclusive leadership, staff advocacy, professional development as wellness, and rehumanizing our work. Whether you're a library worker, manager, or LIS student, there’s something here to support your growth, well-being, and sense of connection in the field.
